However, this one is super yummy. I swear. This is my go-to treat, when I'm parched. One taste and I immediately feel so happy and healthy. 💛💚
One of my favorite additions to salads and juices is basil, it's a big time refresher. Like way, way big, ensuring that it does it's job of quenching mega thirst. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
If you get to know me, you'll find that I hate eating more than four spinach leaves per sandwich. 🍃🍃
I like keeping pineapple juice in my pantry because when I buy basil, spinach, and other greens they spoil. This way I finish off the leftovers all in one go! 😍
Sorry Popeye, in my book, bread and meat is where it's at. So in oder to squeeze my greens into my diet, I blend them into my smoothies.
- 1 cup of pineapple juice 🍍
- 2 huge handfuls of spinach 🍃
- 5 basil leaves (stem included) 🌱
Note: I use the cold-pressed packaged juice from my health food store! But, when I have the time and it is in season fresh is the 💣.
Toss all of the ingredients in a blender and go! NOW!
Pour and enjoy!
